If they're referencing how to spend it in terms of the ensembles going on in these shoots then yes, that would be correct on what I would spend It on. AKA: Miu Miu & Proenza Schouler.

But if you're giving me advice on how to spend it...

A Cykic Review "Print On, Print On, Print"

As Paris fashion week comes to an end, it closed in the tradition of showing the final knockouts that industry insiders get revved up for. The finale consisted of Louis Vuitton, Elie Saab and Miu Miu. While LV and Saab have definite appeal,  I always look forward to Miu Miu's collection. And once again I was satisfied by the eclectic array of ensembles. One by one the Miu Miu rainbow took center stage with printed pantsuits, shift dresses with mirrored embroideries, clashing patterns that took over blouses, scarves and wide ties, and python platform loafers and boots. While I would wear about 75% of the looks,  it felt like an extension of Prada fall 2012. By by no means is this a bad thing, but I would have liked some differentiation.  Miuccia Prada manages to separate her brands every season so what was different about this one?

Ode to a Miu Miu Shoe

Not only do I adore Miu Miu's Fall line, but Frida Gustavsson is an exceptional model. It's VERY apparent the glitter booties are the shoe of the season.

Now, if only I could get my hands on a pair. 

For being a Luminescent heel, they're quite timeless.

I think I'll quit talking about it and just purchase the coveted item.

Please add Miu Miu to The Aristocrats, because as always Miuccia Prada made me SMILE with her cuLminaTion to fashion wEEk. The intaglio booties, fresh prints and wrapped layers was what I hoped for.

My Stolen Mantra

Miuccia Prada quoted, "I don't believe in people who don't like clothes." I must admit I stole that from her and made it MY MANTRA. I always knew Miuccia and I would be good friends. 

While viewing the Prada Spring 2012 show, I realized Prada ALWAYS brings in elements of the 1950's. Unfortunately, there were some pieces that I was like "eh" and others I was like"meh" and a bunch more "eh" all resulting in a mediocre collection.  Sorry Miuccia, it just didn't faLL at the TOP this season. Although, I MUST say every year I wait patiently for my Miu Miu.

Seriously though, how can you resist this campaign? And not to mention Hailee Steinfeld. Such a BOLD and Genius choice.  

Miuccia's Prada array may have not done wonders for me, but I very much respect her work.

Hopefully she'll WOW me in Paris!

One way or another, I'll still be a Miuccia Prada fan.
